Simple, Fresh Ingredients

soy sauce
½ cup soy sauce
olive oil
½ cup olive oil
4½ tbs. honey
garlic cloves
6 large garlic cloves, minced
fresh rosemary
3 tbs. fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 tbs. dried)
black pepper
1½ tbs. coarsely ground black pepper
1½ teaspoons salt
flank steak
2-2½ lbs. flank steak


Step 1

Mix all ingredients (excluding steak) into 13x9 baking dish. Add steak and turn several times to coat. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours for two hours, flip occasionally.

Step 2

Heat grill to medium-high. Remove meat from marinade and grill steak to desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare.

Step 3

Remove steak from grill and let stand 5-10 minutes. Cut into thin strips and serve!
